Fruit and Yogurt with Honey
This recipe is simple, yet so sublime. Misty May Treanor (three times an Olympic gold medalist in beach volleyball) once said that Greek yogurt and honey was her favorite power food. Add some fresh fruit, and your taste buds will be doing the happy dance.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons natural, raw honey
- ground cinnamon (optional)
- fresh fruit such as raspberries, blueberries or strawberries
DIRECTIONS:
- wash and drain the fruit
- using a small spoon blend honey and yogurt in a bowl
- arrange fruit on top
- dust with ground cinnamon (optional)
