This very small sampler set —2-ounce bottles, just a little larger than a shot glass — is a perfect way to try some unusual honeys. Several of these I’d probably not purchase in a regular bottle without any clue as to their taste, but these six sampler bottles give me just enough to either turn me off or leave me wanting more. I have cornbread in the oven right now, and soft butter is at hand, so pardon me while I get down to business…yum!
