    Oregon Honey

    We have sourced these 3 tasty honey selections from the north central part of Oregon. Blackberry honey is medium sweet with a very subtle berry flavor. Coriander honey is rather unusual, with surprising tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple. Sage honey is thick and buttery, with warm flavors of marshmallow and butterscotch. Sometimes, customers ask what we add to our honey to create these diverse flavors. We do not add anything! The natural flavors in the pure and raw honey that we offer come from the different nectar sources collected by the bees and nothing else.
