While I've rarely purchased a honey I didn't like from Smiley Honey, their Blueberry Honey is in a class all its own raising above the many exceptional honeys that are sold. I have been making mead for the past six years and this honey yielded a most excellent mead that had a strong percentage with a light tart flavor, not unlike blueberries, lending to an overall thoroughly seductive vintage that well reflects the quality of the this blueberry honey which I highly recommend and most particularly to fellow mead makers!
