Description

Many varieties of raw honey will crystallize over time. This is also called "sugaring." But the sugar crystals that form spontaneously are often large and uneven, resulting in a coarse mouth feel. So the trick is to seed liquid honey with some smooth creamed honey from a prior batch. After blending and bottling, the containers are chilled at 57 degrees for a week or so. This causes the seed honey to replicate the smaller sugar crystals throughout the container. Once the honey is set, creamed honey will not return to liquid form unless it is warmed.

Dark Chocolate creamed honey is citrus honey blended with dark cocoa powder. It has a bold, rich flavor. Some say it tastes like a Tootsie Roll. MMM . . . good!

Some of the best I’ve had. Very dark and flavorful. Ive had other creamed chocolate honey and they never put enough Cacao powder in the mix.
